Due to the specialised nature of my work, I remain selective about whom I work with in my consulting service. This allows me to provide quality over quantity. This also means I ask many questions, seek evidence of your situation, and reserve the right to refer you to someone else if I am not able to assist.

This means that in feminised workplaces, gossip, rumours, relational aggression, and bullying can be a real problem. Most women value the relationships and support they receive from their female friends. I know I certainly do. However, when women are on the dark personality spectrum, when friendships go south, so does the behaviour. Although this is important in most areas, when looking at females with dark behaviour, universities are reluctant to put their name to it.
