The services I offer are tailored to my area of expertise and desire to make a difference. Due to the specialised nature of my work, I remain selective about who I work with in my consulting service. This allows me to provide quality over quantity. This also means I ask many questions, seek evidence of your situation, and reserve the right to refer you to someone else if I am not able to assist.

Females with dark personalities are known to target other women at higher rates than they do men. This means that in feminised workplaces, gossip, rumours, relational aggression, and bullying can be a real problem. This can transpire in a range of ways, from workplace exclusion to denying opportunities to using disciplinary processes to push out the victim rather than the perpetrator. I can assist you with:

There is a belief that women should always support other women both personally and professionally. However, the reality is much different. Most women value the relationships and support they receive from their female friends. I know I certainly do. However, when women are on the dark personality spectrum, when friendships go south, so does the behaviour. Understanding how to respond and protect yourself in social and work situations is essential. I can assist through:

I am looking for an Researcher who understands dark females

Much of the research and associated funding is provided to and through Universities. Although this is important in most areas, when looking at females with dark behaviour, universities are reluctant to put their name to it.
